Contents Italian law sources; Comunitary law sources; urbanistic law: urban planning and building law. Public works law: "public work" notion; public contracts.

Educational objectives Urbanistic law and Public works law are specialistic subjects. Because of that, students have to know the essential juridical elements of the italian system. The first part of the class is dedicated to the Urbanistic Law. The program will be articulated in this way: the main urbanistic laws; the urban planning; the building law. The second part of the class will be dedicated to the public works law. It will be studied the notion of “public work” and the main procedures to engage public works and contracts.  
Prerequisites It's the only juridical subject through the 5 years, so it's not necessary having a preliminary Knowledge about urban law or public procurements law.The first lessons are dedicated to the general principles of the italian and european law. In this way, every student can have the preliminary knowledges useful for a succesful comprehension of the subject
